• Ms. Ng has 16 years of experience in investment banking and graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
• Ms. Ng served as the Director in Equity Capital Markets & Corporate Finance division in Mizuho Securities Asia; Principal in investment banking division in Piper Jaffray Asia; and Vice President in DBS Asia Capital.
• Ms. Ng was responsible for execution of a number of IPOs, restructuring, as well as mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong and China (Silverman IPO, ETS Group IPO, Shenzhen Neptunus Interlong Bio-Technique IPO, Privatization of Senyuan International by Eaton Corporation, a S&P 500 company in the US).
