• Mr. Tsang has over 25 years experiences in investment banking in Hong Kong, the PRC and U.K. Mr. Tsang graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical engineering.
• Mr. Tsang served Credit Agricole, Mitsubishi UFJ, DBS and Credit Suisse advising corporate in equity and debt fund raisings as well as in M&As. Mr. Tsang also founded Watterson Asia in 2001 and sold to Evolution Group Plc. (a UK quoted investment bank) in 2006.
