• Mr. Yew has 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, and is a CFA charter holder. He graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a BA degree and The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology with a Master of Science degree in Investment Management.

• Mr. Yew served at senior posts at a number of international firms, including Head of Hong Kong Corporate Finance at Cazenove Asia, Head of China Principal Investment and Managing Director at Samsung Securities (Asia) and Director at Standard Chartered Securities.

• Mr. Yew has directly handled over 30 IPOs and M&As in Hong Kong and China, including award winning Harbin Brewery IPO, Ajisen Noodles IPO and Bain Capital’s investment in GOME.
