About Alliance

Our History

Founded in 2013 as an independent financial advisory firm, our group is duly licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on Type 1,6 and 9 regulated activities. Our senior partners are professionals with over 10 to 30 years of international investment banking experience.

Asset Management

  • Collaborates with multiple international investment banks, private banks, funds, and other institutions.
  • Specializes in providing asset management services in a flexible and adaptable manner.

Experiences

The management team has successfully sponsored over 80 companies for IPOs, raising over $20 billion, with clients including well-known IPO projects such as Harbin Brewery, Shenwei Pharmaceutical, China Longgong, Yongle Electric, Zhaojin Mining, Ajisen Ramen, Zhongshi Golden Bridge, Xiaonanguo Aluminum Mining, and others.

Investment Banking

  • Focusing on providing innovative and professional solutions to clients.
  • Ranked top three in Hong Kong investment banking from 2020 to 2022 (ranked first in 2020).
  • Sponsored and underwrote IPOs for over 30 companies (with a total market value of HK$22 billion) since 2015.
  • Achieved the listing of Wing Lee (9639.HK) in just 103 days, setting the fastest approval record in Hong Kong in 2024.
