Job Responsibilities

• Provision of corporate finance and consulting services to private and listed companies, including provision of marketing and execution support, carrying out due diligence work, preparation of financial models, reports, marketing proposals and presentations, conducting preliminary market and industry research, as well as provision of administrative assistance and support

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or Law.  Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated, hardworking, attention to details, good common sense, willing to travel, prefer with basic knowledge in finance, business, economics, accounting or law
