• Mr. Wong has 15 years of experience in investment banking. Mr. Wong obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto and is a CFA charter holder.
• Mr. Wong served as the Director with RHB Capital; Associate Director with Essence Corporate Finance; Vice President with Samsung Securities (Asia) and Assistant Vice President with DBS Asia Capital.
• Mr. Wong involved in more than 60 corporate finance transactions in Hong Kong, including around 20 listing applications on the Main Board/GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Sectors covered include consumer, industrial, technology, internet, pharmaceutical, mining and construction. Mr. Wong also possesses extensive experience and knowledge in M&A  and other corporate finance matters.
